THE PROCESS
BRIEFING DISCOVERY
Initial consultation to understand the space, narrative, and project requirements. Site photos and mood boards.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Proposal with conceptual direction, materials, color palette, and preliminary sketches.
Duration: 1-2 weeks
MATERIAL SELECTION
Physical samples of yarns, fibers, and finishing options for client approval.
Duration: 1 week
PRODUCTION
Hand-tufted execution in studio with progress updates.
Duration: 4-6 weeks (depending on size and complexity)
INSTALLATION COORDINATION
Delivery and installation guidance.
Duration: 1 week
