Textile artworks require specific attention to preserve their structural and chromatic integrity over time. These recommendations apply to all pieces in the collection.
Cleaning Remove surface dust with a natural fiber duster or vacuum with soft brush attachment, maintaining a minimum distance of 5 cm. For localized stains, consult a textile conservation specialist. Do not use chemicals, water, or steam directly on the piece.
Installation All works include a concealed mounting system that allows floating installation without perforating the piece. Verify that wall anchors support the weight specified in the technical characteristics. The piece should hang freely, without contact with the wall, to ensure proper rear ventilation.
Environmental Conditions Avoid direct sunlight exposure to prevent fading over time. Keep the piece away from heat sources and high-humidity areas such as bathrooms. Natural fibers may experience slight dimensional variations with seasonal humidity changes—this is a natural characteristic of the material.
Special Considerations Pieces with three-dimensional elements or relief textures require a minimum clearance of 10 cm from any surface to preserve their structural integrity. While suitable for high-traffic environments, proper spatial planning is essential—ensure adequate distance from circulation paths and contact points. Preparation and Packaging Each piece is carefully packaged with protective wrapping and rigid reinforcement to ensure safe transit. Medium and large format works include additional corner protection. Package weight and dimensions are specified in the technical sheet.

Transport and Insurance All shipments include insurance and full tracking. The carrier requires signature upon delivery. Inspect the outer packaging before signing—any visible damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and before accepting the package.
Unpacking and Verification Open the package on a flat, clean surface and remove protective layers carefully. Verify that the piece matches order specifications and inspect for possible damage during transport. You have 48 hours from receipt to report any incident with photographs of the packaging and the piece.
Returns Works are considered unique pieces or limited editions. Returns are accepted only in case of damage during transport or order error, within 48 hours of receipt. The piece must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs in these cases are covered by muhyi.
